Her client side experience (Altsys, Macromedia, Visual Numerics, MoneyStar, Good2CU.com, NewsStand.com) has demonstrated her successful management of multiple projects through multiple vendors and numerous strategic partners. She is proficient in the creation and management of partner programs, and has effectively driven successful marketing programs on a start-up budget. Known as a team leader, Mona brings extensive agency management experience to Brand X Austin. Still a consultant at GSD&M, she was chairperson of the Senior Financial Team and Agency Operating Procedures committees, and wrote the training manuals for Account Service Financial Management, Legendary Customer Satisfaction and Mentoring.

During his 12 years at TI, he developed and executed global programs that led to increased market share and brand leadership. As founder of Victor Communications, his clients included Analog Devices, Lucent Technologies, and start-up companies GlobiTech (semiconductor epitaxy foundry), TAOS (optical semiconductors), and Internet startups eWish.com and ImOutdoors.com.

His 20-plus years of public relations and marketing accomplishments include Fortune magazine cover stories, major product announcements, company/service brand names, and managing crisis communications events such as layoffs, plant closings, death of a CEO, and a 60 Minutes news investigation. His writing expertise includes CEO speeches, annual reports, financial analyst conference call scripts, news releases, and more. Stan holds a B.A. degree in English from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, with ongoing education in communications, branding and marketing.
